Process Error April 10, 2007

Can’t Run a program?It might already be running. If you know the name of the process(msm.exe, iexplore.exe, ect.), you might be able to give this a try.
1. Open the Taskmanager
2. Delete any process of that application.
3. Try it again and see if it works
